Perfectly clean hotel rooms with twin beds. Plenty of goodies for breakfast. Best possible location near downtown proper. Very very helpful staff and attention to detail😀👍

Peaceful and convenient setting, really close to public market and bus terminal, and the public market.

Enjoyed Tagum, the hotel was nice on the alleys. The bathroom in our a twin room was clean. The location was perfect, very close to the downtown, and near the public market. Also, it was 10 minutes drive to Christ the King Cathedral.

The hotel is located on the alleys and near to the market which is a plus point. The bed and bed sheets are clean and comfortable. The staff at the hotel are accommodating, which is great. However, the room facilities need to be checked and improved.

The internet connection is not stable, which can be frustrating for guests who need to work or use the internet during their stay.

Lovely hotel in a marvellous location near downtown, truly enjoyed this place. Location: the venue was right by the bus terminal and the market. The room was reasonably spacious with twin beds and the staff was courteous! Climate control and multi-channel television were provided.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! the staff, including the roomboy and security guards, were extremely accommodating and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. Secondly, the WiFi connection was excellent, which was a pleasant surprise as I had requested rooms with a good signal. Lastly, the room size was just right for the price, with comfortable beds and a well-functioning aircon.

All aspects of my stay were satisfactory and there were no issues.
